COOK TERRACE SIGNAGE STRATEGY

AHS has completed a Heritage Signage Strategy for one of Brisbane’s most regarded State-listed buildings, The Cook Terraces at Milton.

Built in 1888-89 by Brisbane builder Joseph Cook, the building was constructed as a row of six two-storey brick houses with views of the Brisbane River.

The Heritage Signage Strategy was necessary to ensure that a clear and consistent framework was published for the body corporate and tenants, so that the place could be appropriately marketed as a viable commercial complex by its owners and tenants.

If you are looking for ways to capitalise on the economic viability of your heritage listed building, contact AHS today.
